    Description

    1940s NRI Professional Model 69 Tube Tester.
    This tester line test meter powers on when plugged in.
    I photographed it plugged in and unplugged and the arrow on the meter moves.
    Also makes a low hum when I turn the line switch knob on the bottom left side.
    I have no knowledge on how this meter should function but it appears to be in working order? But I can not guarantee.
    I would expect someone who uses this device would know.
