    Description

    I believe this is a model 140 tester but since the lid/label are missing not certain, it's in fair cosmetic condition with a lot of wear & tear, the "A" knob is damaged & does not turn the internal switch (I think the plastic is stripped, the switch will turn with pliers), there are paint spots on unit as well. Has not been tested in any way and is being sold "as is" for parts or repair.  Former owner's name etched under meter, Hecht Brothers, may or may not be from the store, maybe they had a radio/tv repair shop.......
