KIT INCLUDES - Stud, one large washer, one small washer, one neoprene washer, one grade 8 nylon locknut, and instructions for installation. Ammo can and lock are NOT included.
STAINLESS STEEL - Our quality stainless steel hardware prevents rusting and ensures your ammo is safely locked away. The can stays waterproof as the neoprene washer keeps water out of the ammo box.

ONE SIZE FITS ALL - Ammo box lock hardware fits 50 Cal, Fat 50, 30 Cal, 20 mm, 40 mm ammo cans. The lock hardware will work with medium sized locks with up to a 1/4" lock shackle.
Aolamegs Locking Hardware for Steel Ammo Can Instructions: Close the lid and latch of the ammo can and mark the center of the hole where the locking hardware will be installed (try to be exact!)Drill a 5/16”hole into the can at the center mark (drilling out a smaller guide hole beforehand may be helpful) Form the outside of the can, insert the locking stud through the drill holeOn the inside of the can,put the neoprene washer over the threads of the locking stud, followed by the small washer, and then the nylon lock nut.Tighten the assembly with a wrench, being aware that the “round” side of the locking stud may have sharp edges/burs,so a tool should be utilized on”round”side, not bare hands For ammo cans with large holes, put the large washer between the ammo can’s latch and the padlock in order to prevent the large latch hole from slipping over the padlock -If you finshin the assembly and find the locking stud is not centered, simply file or drill the ammo can’s latch holes to be larger until the latches properly fit the locking stud
