Condition: I don't believe this was every used but I found it at an estate sale and the people didn't know. Box shows lots of wear but still very usable. Outside and inside of the tester is very nice with the original owner putting a label sticker with his name on the front. Little tape residue on the handle should clean off. Everything else looks really clean. Come with an original set of charts and instruction book plus the guy ordered another set of charts that come in the original envelope dated 1978. I don't know how to use a tube tester but I did plug it in and the red light and a white light comes on. When I push the Test Circuit Transfer button the top light comes on and the bottom light turns off. Comes with another wire with cap that you can see in the 2nd photo but I don't know what it is for. Great looking tester but I am selling it as is because I don't know how to test it or what I'm doing.
