One of the original hash boards stopped working so a hash board from another D3 that had a failed board was moved into this unit and shows 54 ASIC (see pics).  averaging about 18.7 instead of 19.3 - has custom firmware (see pics).  No PSU.
This is on a 220V/30 AMP feed so your final settings and output may vary however the ASIC count will be as pictured.
