Conar Model No. 224 Vintage Tube Tester.
Outside case is in rough shape
The internals are in good shape but a few screws are missing that hold the main plate down
All knobs and switches are present and in good shape
Light bulb works
I believe it may work but I am not sure if the tubes I have are good and if the tester works properly but the meter was moving and the short light working after looking up the tubes in the booklet
