HICKOK 533A VACUUM TUBE TESTER CHECKER WITH MANUAL

Description

This auction is for an old used HICKOK 533A vacuum tube tester..This unit came from an estate sale..
I checked this unit & it seems to work ok..I tested several different types of tubes & all went well..
One thing of notice is that when the unit is stood upright, the meter will not go all the way down on the left..Once it is set back down horizontal, it goes back to zero..This doesn't appear to affect the operation of the meter that I can see..
I do have the manual for this unit, which has some extra pages including calibration info....The roll chart seems to move ok though it gets a little stiff in places....
The case for this unit is in shape for its age..I notice a couple of places where the "black" is missing, but not that bad..
The tester is clean & actually looks better in person than in the pictures..For some reason I just couldn't get my lighting right, but you get the jist of what it looks like..
Due to the age of this unit I am selling it as "TESTED, WORKING" & "AS IS", no returns..
Hopefully someone can get it some good use from this old vintage tube tester..
