    Description

Serial #4528. I don't know the meaning of the flying eagle symbol with three stars overhead and clutching three arrows(?) but I believe it may be Army Air Corps. 430 Comm. Anyone with corrective knowledge is welcome to comment and I will add to the listing. The tube under test is a 6L6 and when the controls are set to read GM (Mutual Transconductance) directly the results are right on the money. When set to read the good/bad scale it reads in the mid range of the good scale. The power cord has a crack right at the hinge and although it has not bothered anyone recently using the tester, it should be replaced sometime in the future.
