Military TV-7B/U Vintage Tube Tester, Works, Needs Calibration

You are bidding on a vintage US Military Model TV-7B/U tube tester
.  It was made by Forway Industries under government contract from a Hickok design. I checked a few tubes, and it works fine, but readings are lower than my calibrated example.  So it needs to be calibrated.  It is complete with two test leads for top cap tubes, and has a reprint of the original manual.  The power cord has been moved from its original position to nearer the power switch and line adjustment control.  I have seen this on other examples, so this must have been a recommended change at some point.  Unfortunately, it leaves a hole where the original exit was, covered by black tape on this example.  I have also seen examples where the power cord has been moved back to the original position, leaving an extra hole in the panel.  I only wiped this tester down with a damp cloth, so it would benefit from a better cleaning.  The side handle is missing as is typical, but the case is nice with good paint and no dents.  It
measures roughly 15 1/2 by 8 1/2 by 6 1/4 inches in size.
It is a fairly nice example of this desirable quality tube tester.
