Condition: Vintage WWII era. Wooden cabinet scratched and finish marred all over but fully intact and does not look abused. tests tubes reliably. Thumb wheel for roll chart removed and a side crank installed in place. Makes a very easy tube search. Older roll chart in tester with a much newer roll chart in the case but never installed. Does not have a nine pin (noval) tube socket but the roll chart(s) identify those tubes of the 50's and 60's for testing provided an adapter is used or 9 pin socket is installed on the panel. Construction of simple tube adapters for this model is included in tester lid along with new copy of tube data. Included will be a 9 pin adapter but not sure what tube series it is for.

Serial #14858. Please see pictures for condition and observe the item testing a 6SN7 GT, a 6L6 GT, a 5W4 metal, and a type 33 tube. The roll charts and addendum supplied indicate the tester is capable of testing 01a, all the way up through the 9000 series tubes such as 300B, 6146, 807 and a host of tubes normally found in vintage audio/HiFi/stereo equipment and ham receivers and transmitters and foreign and military tubes. With the correct adapters, tubes such as the 12**7 and other nine pin tubes can be tested and matched. Unfortunately the pictures were taken before the pilot light was replaced. It is now corrected.
