Vintage Seco tube tester model 78. Super clean condition. Well cared for. Powers up. Meter fluctuates when function lever is moved. Have no way of testing it without tubes. Considering how clean it is I have no doubt it works but no guarantee. Complete tube index. Good cord. Outside of box shows wear. Case measures 10 1/2" by 9" by 5"...
