Sencore CR 70 Universal CRT Analyzer and restorer.It comes with everything in the picture.  I havent tested it with a tube but it powers on and the needle on the guage moves.  It seems to be in good condition.  I dont know if the accessories work but they look like they are in good condition.  The case has some scuffs and there is a little bit of rust on the silver handles.  The compartment that's hidden behind the manual where the accessories are stored is missing the foam casing.   Local pickup is available so there wouldnt be a shipping charge if you want to pick it up.

What to expect after making a purchase:
Your item will be securely packaged in a sturdy box or a padded mailer if appropriate and shipped the next business day.
If an
item is purchased on Friday after 2pm it will go out Monday.
I usually go to the post office
around 2 pm.
About us:
We are a family owned store and have been selling on Ebay for over 10 years.   We offer new and pre-owned toys, most of which are no longer on store shelves or are hard to find.  Our toys are stored in our home and are in hand when we list them.
We sell only good quality items that we would purchase for ourselves.  We try to make sure all new and used items are accurately described but we are human and sometimes miss things.  Be sure to look carefully at all pictures as they are the most important part of the description.
We have a smoke free home and I do not aquire items with a smoke smell to sell.  We do have a dog, a Springer Spaniel named Jake.  He is not allowed in our Ebay storage area but he is very furry and occasionally one of his hairs will make it into an item.
We use the money we make in our Ebay store to help put our son through college so we very much appreciate your business.
Shipping:
Your item/items will be shipped the next business day after purchase.  Please remember that the post office is closed on holidays and we cant ship until the next day.  Items purchased after 2pm on Friday will usually go out Monday morning.  There will be a tracking number on the listing for all items sold.  I do not ship by any method that doesnt provide tracking ie. small envelopes.
Most items are shipped in a box with padding to ensure no damage occurs.  If appropriate a padded mailer may be used.
For instance, new Barbie Dolls will shipped in a USPS priority box or similar.   Used Barbies under will be shipped in a padded mailer.  Over will be shipped in a box.
Items over 0 will usually require a signature on delivery due to porch pirates.  If you want an expensive item delivered without requiring a signature, email me.
I do combine shipping.  Add your items to the cart and request an invoice.  That doesnt always work.  If it doesn't work, send me an email with the items you want and I will let you know what combined shipping will be.  I use the shipping calculator and the price is based on USPS rates for weight, location and package size.  There are no charges added for handling or supplies.
Returns:
I do accept returns, however I only pay for return shipping if item is not as described.  If the item is damaged during shipping it is not eligible for a return, email me and we will get a claim started through the USPS and they will refund your money.
Due to Ebay scammers claiming item is not as described or sending back incorrect items, I video the opening of all returns.  Ebay will be notified if false claims are made  If I sent the incorrect item, please email me prior to starting a return.   If you simply want to return the item, then go through the Ebay system first.
Returned items must be returned in the same condition it was received.  New items must be returned un-opened, undamaged and odor free.  Used items must be returned in the same condition as it was received also.
Payment:
Payment is expected within 3 days after purchase is made.  If payment is not received, Ebay automatically opens a non-paying bidder claim.  I am happy to work with anyone who needs more time so if you cant pay in 3 days, let me know so I can alter my settings.
Feedback:
I am always happy to leave positive feedback for my customers.  Due to time issues, I have my Ebay account set to automically leave positive feedback once feedback is left for me.   If you leave me feedback and havent recieved feedback from me in 2-3 days, let me know and I will remedy that right away.
Misc:
I do not separate items from lots for individual sale.
I do not end auctions early as its unfair to other bidders.
I do not accept Best offers.  I periodically go through my listings and lower prices if it doesnt sell.  If you are interested in an item that has a price higher than you want to pay, put it on your watch list as the price may get lowered.
