Triplett 3423 Mutual Conductance Tube Tester.
This tube tester reads the actual Gm in micromhos. Not one of those “dynamic “ testers that give you a percentage of what a good tube should be(worthless). I have re-conditioned this tube tester. I replaced all the caps and resistors that were out of tolerance. Replaced the tube, cleaned the switches with deoxit, and installed protection diodes on the meter. I installed a new three wire power cord and fuse. I re-conditioned the case with a fleck stone finish and replaced the handle with a new leather one, cleaned up all the hardware, and installed new rubber feet. I made up new grid and plate cap leads. Then calibrated the unit.
