Includes all of the Tube Chart Testing Instruction Cards. Some cards have water stains but still easily readable. Includes an extra (loose) Tube Chart for Foreign Tubes!The sign lights up! The chain on the side of the unit that you pull to turn the sign on and off is very short and should be replaced.The needle moves when I flip the toggle switch. I am not an electronics expert and I have no tubes to test, but it appears this unit works as designed?
